They are basically Grave Guard with great weapons and plate armor. As for good, I have no idea. (I don't do VC)

yes, here they are.
three bloddline powers:
spectral attendants: -1 to castign of all enemy wizards.
wolf lord: may summon wolves in addition to zombies and skellies in D3/2D3/3D3 amounts.
earthbind: magic resistance 1.
new magic banner
drakenhof banner: magic resistance 2. any vampire doing summon bats/wolves doubles the number of creatures it summons.
